Beautifully executed cyma curve apron, repeated on sides and back of table. Note: Excellent untouched original condition/patination. C.1740-50 A good, well proportioned table. (Possibly New England.)

William IV Mahogany partners writing table of unusual size being only 3'6 wide. The crossbanded, ovolo moulded top above four cockbeaded drawers, standing on finely turned round legs, capped with restrained carved tulip design, supported on original brass castors. Very elegant proportions, good colour, the timber being of good quality. C.1835.

A good fruitwood tea caddy, being of an unusually small size, possibly an apprentice piece or travellers sample. The caddy has a warm mellow colour and is of good patination. The interior still retains much of its original lining. Fitted with curved iron lock, and iron escutcheon. Hinge possibly replaced.
