Rare early American red walnut side table, the moulded one piece top above single frieze drawer supported on fine round tapering legs ending on pad feet. Beautifully executed cyma curve apron, repeated on sides and back of table. Note: Excellent untouched original condition/patination. C.1740-50 A good, well proportioned table. (Possibly New England.)

William IV Mahogany partners writing table of unusual size being only 3'6 wide. The crossbanded, ovolo moulded top above four cockbeaded drawers, standing on finely turned round legs, capped with restrained carved tulip design, supported on original brass castors. Very elegant proportions, good colour, the timber being of good quality. C.1835.
